What we can help with
- Opening OptionPulse and running a report.
- Empty or incomplete results.
- Product and option filters, counts, and combinations.
- CSV export.
- Data handling, privacy, and suspected security issues.
OptionPulse analyzes visible custom attributes saved on recent Shopify order line items. It does not directly integrate with or provide support for third-party product-option apps.
What to include
- Your Shopify shop domain.
- The date, time, and time zone of the issue.
- The selected range: 7, 30, or 60 days.
- The exact OptionPulse error code or message.
- Reproduction steps and, for visual issues, browser and device type.
Do not send sensitive data
Do not email Shopify access tokens, passwords, API secrets, customer exports, raw orders, buyer contact details, engraving text, gift messages, or other custom option values. We will ask for a non-sensitive reproduction using test data if more information is needed.
Common questions
Why is my report empty?
The selected period may have no eligible orders, or your option setup may not save selections as visible line-item custom attributes. Test orders, cancelled orders, empty values, and properties beginning with an underscore are excluded.
How far back can OptionPulse analyze?
The current version supports recent ranges of 7, 30, or 60 days.
Does OptionPulse change my store?
No. It uses read-only order access and does not edit products, inventory, themes, orders, fulfillment, or storefront content.
Does OptionPulse store order or option data?
Raw order data, custom attributes, report aggregates, and CSV files are not persisted by OptionPulse. Limited session and operational metadata are stored as described in the Privacy Policy.
Security reports
Use the subject line SECURITY: OptionPulse for a suspected data exposure, cross-shop access issue, or token leak. Do not include the sensitive value itself in the email.
